We are part of a babysitting co-op with two other couples who we go to church with. And, it ROCKS! A couple weeks ago it was our turn to have all the kids at our house and the other couples got to do out on a date. So, here are a few pictures from the evening. I made some individual macaroni and cheese from the book,
Organic Baby and Toddler Cookbook, which is a great resource for making wonderful tasting and healthy baby food. The toddler food is just 'ok' in my opinion.
We also received a terrific swing set and boat-sand box from a family at church, the Benedetti's. THANK YOU for thinking of us and offering this to us! We love having this swing set and sand box in our backyard. Our children love it and the co-op kids loved it too!
Part of our outdoor playground assortment, our horse, Desi. Named after my mom's horse!

What happened to Strechke? And who took that mac'n'cheese picture -- Everyday Food Magazine? -Buttercream
We love the co-op too! Really sad however that you aren't making it tonight. Next week, hopefully since it's at your house.....
Buttercream. Good question on Streske (sp?). Since my mom's horse is named Desi, Leyton kinda ended up calling him that more. Kinds of a downer.
Buttercream - thanks for the picture question! I've been working at taking better pictures. I would LOVE to take pictures for families, etc as a side job at some point. So...I'm just working on my 'skills'!!!
Can we be a part of your co-op!! Man, I miss you guys and wish we could be doing the same thing. Yeah, I'm amazed at your pictures. Seriously, you can make mac and cheese look artistic.
Beautiful pics Mrs. Jensen. You definitely have a gift behind that camera! Miss ya!
